I am a NYS licensed optician. I started in Eye Health Center of Troy 10 years ago. However I have been in the optical field for 35 years where I have worked in number of different capacities from private practice to major optical chains.

I constantly educate myself about evolving technologies in frame designs, lens manufacturing and contact lenses. However I do have a solid foot on the ground and will go beyond my duties to provide value to our patients . If there is something that I do not have I will tell you where to find it. Lately, because of Dr Kaw's interest in pediatrics, I have been having a lot of fun findings interesting frames for kids.

I am married to my lovely wife Kathy, who is a loan underwriter for a local bank and together we have 4 children between us and one grandchild. We love to travel when we can and gardening is a passion of mine.
